Going good and bad.

The last two days I have been REALLY hungry at dinner time. Last night I had crackers and mayonaise, the really bad kind. And thought I had planned cauliflower soup for dinner I also had 1 and a half rissoles. And the fat that came off them!!

Still each day is a new day today has been porridge (1/4 cup of oats, 1 cup of h2o and a pinch of salt) 1/2 tbsp of sugar and 1/2 cup of rev milk. cup of coffee with skinny milk and 1/2 a tsp of sugar. Morning tea a banana and a pear. Another cup of coffee. And lunch 420 g stir fry, 105g chicken, ginger, beans, capsicum, slivered almonds, garlic, mushrooms, carrot, chicken stock cube, h2o.

Am considering a snack oh obsession thou art foul.
