So my semi-regular blog went for a hiatus. The last month has been packed with work.
And an obsession with a site called SparkPeople http://www.sparkpeople.com All part of the improving my health and well being.
My obsession could be likened to some others (who will remain nameless') obsession with SIMS.
I have been weighing food and tracking calories and walking daily. It suits my legalistic OCD nature.
